Citizens Advice response to the Ofgem statutory consultation on introducing an allowance for bad debt associated with Additional Support Credit in the retail price cap

This is our response to a consultation by Ofgem on the approach it plans to take when reviewing the wholesale costs allowed for in the price cap.

We were broadly supportive of its proposals.
