Growing Older Co-ordinator

Citizens Advice Darlington Redcar and Cleveland are recruiting for a position to Growing Older Coordinator. This post will support the continued successful development and implementation of an initial 3 year programme to promote positive ageing experiences for people 50+ living across the Redcar & Cleveland area. This is fixed term up until 28/02/2027 with the possibility of extension subject to funding.

This is a perfect opportunity for a focussed individual with great communication skills and a passion for working with older people.

Our ideal candidate will provide opportunities for community connection, as well as sign posting to various local services. Aiming to provide social activities to connect people empowering both guests and volunteers to create a sustainable and supportive environment. To work with people 50+ to have the opportunity and confidence to influence service delivery and improve the quality of life for older people living in Redcar & Cleveland. Providing efficient co-ordinator duties to Growing older members, working with external partners & a target client group.
