Am y rôl
We are looking for someone who will be a key member of our Community Advice team who supervises and contributes to the delivery of our core service. The role is full time (35 hours) but part-time will be considered as well. Ideally, you will already be an experienced Advice Supervisor; however, we may be able to offer this role as a development opportunity if you are an experienced Generalist Adviser wanting to progress your career. You will need to have at least two years of experience in delivering high quality generalist advice and casework and be able to demonstrate the potential to support others with varying levels of experience to do the same.
