Outreach Energy Adviser

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a part-time Outreach Energy Adviser to join our Energy Outreach Team on a fixed term basis.

You will be working as part of the Energy Team and will receive full training to enable you to provide accurate energy advice to those in the community. As part of the Energy Outreach Project, you will attend venues, such as food banks, in the community to provide effective energy savings tips, information on grants and schemes and income maximisation. You will be working with vulnerable clients, with the aim to improve their current situation to limit the reliance on food banks and other provisions.
