About the role
Citizens Advice Woking has an exciting opportunity working with the i-access Community Drug and Alcohol Service which offers specialist assessment, support, and treatment to people in Surrey who want help with their drug and/or alcohol use https://www.surreydrugandalcohol.com/
We are looking to recruit an experienced Generalist Adviser to provide information, advice and casework to service users of i-access delivered by telephone, digital, virtual and face to face channels.
The successful candidate must have the proven ability to provide generalist advice in the areas of debt, housing, and welfare benefits. Experience of working with clients with mental health issues would be an advantage.
You will have a passion for helping others with the problems they face, enjoy working with like-minded people, know how to actively listen and be willing to provide customer service to the highest level.
