Brentwood Advice Session Supervisor

We are seeking to add to our Advice Session Supervisor team due to the retirement in December 2025 of a supervisor.

This role is primarily based in our Brentwood office in the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood. Working part time, 2 days per week on a Thursday and Friday. As an Advice Session Supervisor you will be responsible for:

· Providing support, supervision and quality assurance for a team of staff and volunteers

· Running the face to face drop in sessions in our Brentwood office.

· You may also be required to supervise team members working remotely or at outreach settings.

· Checking the quality of client cases, providing where necessary constructive and developmental feedback to assessors and advisers.

· Occasional Supervisor cover for our other offices may also be required.

Advice Session Supervisors have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, and a commitment to self-development.
